Mainstream Newspapers CAN'T REACH Ethnic New Yorkers and Immigrants Like Our Papers Can

Reach up to 3 million ethnic New Yorkers through the medium they look to for information, entertainment and guidance.

Place ads in over 100 immigrant, ethnic and community newspapers in New York with ONE phone call, ONE insertion order and ONE piece of creative.

Cultural correctness is critical to communications. AllCAS can help you craft an appropriate message and translate your copy.

AllCAS, the Independent Press Association's new non-profit ad buying agency prepares insertion orders, translates ad copy, mails the ad, collects all tearsheets and send one invoice. ALL for ONE!

AllCAS News

In its first four months of operation, the All Communities Advertising Service (AllCAS) managed over $140,000 worth of accounts for 75 publications. AllCAS has been extremely successful in placing ads for the September 11th Fund and Safe Horizon, providing the two charities with the most efficient way to reach ethnic New Yorkers affected by the terrorist attacks.

The list of publications represented by AllCAS continues to grow. It features over 100 newspapers and magazines, half of which are published in languages other than English. AllCAS's combined circulation exceeds 1.2 million.

Working with AllCAS makes ad buying simpler for you. Through AllCAS, advertisers, ad agencies, organizations and politicians can place ads with ethnic and community newspapers in New York. We prepare insertion orders, translate ad copy, mail insertion orders to newspapers, collect all tearsheets, and issue clients one invoice. Clients then pay AllCAS for the advertising placed, and AllCAS issues checks to the newspapers.

AllCAS promotes IPA member publications; however, we provide information about non-member publications and fully itemized quotes at no charge, so your ad buy is as effective as possible.
