The new edition for the one and only directory for nearly 350 community and ethnic newspapers in New York City is now on sale.
2008 Elections Initiative
NYCMA launched this unprecedented initiative by sending 10 ethnic journalists to New Hamsphire for the primary in January. Over 30 articles were published after the three-day primary. Click here to read the special issue of Voices That Must Be Heard.
NYCMA is offering a series of workshops on issues critical to communities of color. The next workshop is scheduled in early June. Details to be announced.

NYCMA executive director honored by Mayor Bloomberg
Juana Ponce de Leon, executive director of NYCMA, was honored by Mayor Bloomberg during the Immigrant History Week 2007 for her work in immigrant communities.
